Yes — 100%. Every account, regardless of key volume, gets identical access to the full platform: remote lock/unlock via FCM, EMI due alerts, wallet & settlement tracking, 6-tier hierarchy management, Android DPC app device enrollment, camera/call/app controls, approval workflows, and all role-based permissions. There are no feature gates.
Yes. Each level in the hierarchy — SuperDistributor, Distributor, SalesPerson — can set their own selling price when transferring keys to the level below. This means every partner can define their own margin. The platform tracks the difference between purchase price and selling price, and the wallet ledger reflects each party's net position automatically.
When key stock falls below a configured threshold, the platform sends a push notification via FCM to the retailer and their parent in the hierarchy. For device actions — lock, unlock, audio alert, or screen alert — the command is delivered via FCM in real-time. The retailer does not need physical access to the device at any point.
